The plunge pool was a disaster. it overlooked a public parking area, so much for privacy! also, my request for a room upgrade was conveniently ignored—clearly not a VIP guest here. breakfast was lackluster, absolutely not what i expected for the price. i almost had a good review but just couldn't tolerate the absurdity.

i had an amazin stay at hotel neo! the room was super clean and cozy with my own heated plunge pool which was just perfect for chillin. the staff were allday warm and helped with everything i needed. The lemonade is a must-try! the location was also dope, just a quick walk to the main square with gorg views. def would come back anytime!
the breakfast could use a bit more variety and the room was a little bright for sleepin in the morning.

The heated plunge pool adds a touch of luxury, providing a private space to relax and enjoy the ambiance without crowds. The comfort level in the room is commendable, making it suitable for a cozy getaway.
An earlier check-in time would be a significant improvement, especially considering the rates. Rooms facing the parking lot lack privacy, with small doors and visibility from the outside making it feel insecure. The hot tub's heating needs adjustment, and the emergency light above the bed is an odd design choice. glow-in-the-dark signs might make more sense.

Private plunge pool was a luxurious retreat.
Despite the luxurious appearance, the room felt quite cramped and lacked proper amenities. I was disappointed by the inconsistent staff service, which didn't meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. the breakfast offerings were limited and underwhelming, failing to provide a satisfying start to my day.

Stunning views in Fira! 🌅
Absolutely loved the spacious Junior Suite with our own heated plunge pool, perfect for chilling after a long day! The staff were super friendly, especially Tania, who made us feel right at home. Brekkie was lekker too, with fresh omelettes every morning!
Only thing was the emergency light in the room—bit of a distraction when you're trying to catch Z's.

It was just a balanced option for a trip in Fira with great value-to-price ratio. My kids loved the private heated plunge pool, keeping them entertained while I relaxed. Consider requesting a room away from the parking lot for better privacy.

The Junior Suite was super comfy with lots of natural light and a private terrace. I loved having my own pool to chill in. The room was spacious and really clean, which made it feel nice and cozy. It was also quiet in the evenings, perfect for relaxing after busy days. The location was a huge win too, just a quick walk to Fira square with great views and food. Not much to complain about—everything was on point!

Amazing views and exceptional breakfast
We absolutely loved our stay! The room came with a gigantic window that had the best view of the white houses and sunrise, making every morning special. Penelope was a superstar, assisting us in car rentals and recommending the delightful 'Penelope’s restaurant' for dinner. The breakfast was a highlight, especially since they treated us to breakfast in bed during the low season—totally worth it! The only downside was our room's awkward proximity to the parking lot with a bit of visibility from outside, which made us feel slightly insecure.
